The Communications Committee is in charge of all communications regarding upcoming events and important news. Besides keeping in touch with APABA Silicon Valley membership via email, the Communications Committee manages the website content by updating pictures, bar association events, and significant local, state, and national headlines. The Committee is also in charge of the APABA Silicon Valley's Facebook and LinkedIn accounts. Whether you are a Bay Area law school student or an attorney practicing in the Silicon Valley, we invite you to join this dynamic, exciting committee that will stretch your creativity and allow you to work closely with the executive board and other committees.

Wei Lu

Wei is an associate legal counsel at Adobe. Prior to joining Adobe, he was in-house counsel at [24]7.ai, Couchbase, and Juniper Networks. Wei received his undergraduate engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law. During law school, he was a judicial extern for the Honorable Nathan D. Mihara at the Sixth District Court of Appeal of California and the co-president of Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA).

Will Mosley

Will Mosley is a member of the Global Litigation & Investigations team at Applied Materials. Prior to joining Applied's legal team, he practiced IP and general commercial litigation at a large international law firm. Will graduated with honors from U.C. Hastings College of the Law in May 2011. At Hastings, he was heavily involved in the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA).

 

Tej Singh

Tej Singh is a patent litigation associate. He has litigated patent cases in district courts and before the ITC, and is registered to practice before the USPTO.  He received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. During law school, he served as a judicial extern in the chambers of the Honorable Ronald M. Whyte of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
