Thomas practices patent counseling, patent prosecution, and patent litigation at Baker Botts LLP. His current practice focuses on technologies in the area of medical devices, software, networking, and electronics. Thomas received his J.D. from the University of Texas, where he served as President of the Asian Law Students Association and as an editor on the Board of the Texas Law Review. Thomas also received a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and a B.A. in Economics, both from the University of Texas at Austin.


Will Mosley is a patent litigation associate at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP. He received his law degree from U.C. Hastings College of the Law in May 2011. At Hastings, he was heavily involved in the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA).


Tej Singh |

Tej Singh is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation group at Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP. He has litigated patent cases in district courts and before the ITC, and is registered to practice before the USPTO.  He received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. During law school, he served as a judicial extern in the chambers of the Honorable Ronald M. Whyte of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
