Donald J. Trump, et al. (No. 25-1153) in the United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, and New Hampshire Indonesian Community Support, et al., v. Donald J. Trump, et al. (No. 25-1348) in the United States Court of Appeals, First Circuit.
