Asian Law Alliance – Citizenship Pro Bono Event

Event on June 9; training on June 3

The Asian Law Alliance and Services, Immigrant Rights, and Education Network (SIREN) are looking for volunteer attorneys, law students, and community members for their upcoming citizenship workshop. Volunteers are needed from 1:30 - 7 PM on Tuesday, June 9th and can sign up by contacting Minh-Chau at mcnguyen@asianlawalliance.org. You can also sign up at conec.us by finding the event here. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Minh-Chau.

Citizenship Pro Bono Event

•     6/3 Wed 6-8 PM- Training for Citizenship Workshop at Asian Law Alliance, 991 W Hedding St, Suite 202, San Jose, CA 95126. Mandatory for new volunteers or for volunteers who had their last orientation before April 2014.

•     6/9 Tues 1:30 PM - ALA and SIREN host Citizenship Workshop (Required training  provided on 6/3 at 6-8 pm) at St. Maria Goretti Parish, Sullivan Hall, 2980 Senter Road, San Jose, CA 95111.

AABA’s Employment Committee invites everyone to the AABA 28th Annual Summer Law Clerk Reception, to be held on Thursday, June 11, 2015, from 6:00 to 8:30 pm at Hotel Nikko (25th Floor, 222 Mason Street, San Francisco).

The Reception is one of AABA’s most popular events and provides an ideal setting for Bay Area students, summer associates, and law clerks to mingle and connect with API partners! During the Reception, AABA will recognize this year’s summer grant recipient for their dedication to community service and client advocacy.
