These programs include the Career Advocacy and Investment for Success Programs – internal initiatives designed to identify and support diverse attorneys for promotion within the firm’s management and leadership tracks. As a result of these programs, the number of Asian American attorneys, including shareholders, has more than tripled at the firm.

Littler also invests in internal affinity groups, including ‘Ohana, Bollo, Pride, and Reunión, as well as theWomen’s Leadership Initiative which provide support, development and networking opportunities within the firm.

Outside of the firm, Littler actively participates in a number of national, state and local professional associations that promote diversity and inclusion, such as APABA Silicon Valley.
